Candy comes out very shiny and professional looking. The first time I used it I had trouble getting the candy to release after putting in the refrigerator, I was afraid the freezer would mess up my chocolate, the 2nd time I tried it I put the molded candy in the freezer and they fell out when I turned it over. Love how much easier these trays are to fill for cream filled candies and how shiny they make the chocolate.
