I have 6 of these trays in my stock, and one year I made flavored chocolate spoons that were a big hit. Why 6 trays? Well, depending on how many you want to make, it takes a little while for the chocolate to set, so how long do you want to wait while doing a large quantity? I started with 2 trays and realized pretty quickly it wasn't enough as it took way too long. With 6, you can either turn out a large quantity of one flavor, or 6 different flavors. You need to take into account the melted chocolate and how to keep it warm in your piping bag while you wait for your chocolate to set up in the molds, otherwise you risk reheating and seizing your chocolate, or melting the piping bag, which has happened to me on very low power in the microwave. FYI - when the chocolate is cool enough, these pop right out of the mold, which has been a problem for me in the past (the "happy birthday" mold that shattered in my hands while popping out the letters).

in my case, i think through the mail the mold came broken, so is not useful to do chocolate spoon. really sad!!
