It took a few days for cheftools.com to get the product in so they could ship it out but once they did it quickly got to us despite the snow storm.My gf hasn't used it but just from past experience simply holding it shows how sturdy it is. Certain polycarbonate molds she has bend a bit if you twist them like ice trays but she can't imagine doing so with this one- it's that sturdy. The design is cute and they're perfect bite sizes. She's ecstatic to use them.

It charges enough ganache and i love the drawing. Easy to clean, easy to manipulate. The bombons have good and standard size.

I used this tray a lot during the holidays to make chocolates and it worked very well. The only thing is that it can be a pain to clean since you're not supposed to use soap.
