As with all molds that are made by CK and other manufacturers of plastic molds, don't expect this to hold up to the same type of pressing and pushing and pulling and twisting as a silicone mold, but it is durable. Be sure to only pour temperate chocolate in and plan wisely when using layering (i/e don't let the first layer to get too cold, or when pushing out, it will splinter). These are HUGE coins, which are great for pug parties.

The mold works great with chocolate. The product description says that there are 10 cavities per mold, but there are actually only 5 cavities.
