It charges enough ganache. Easy to clean, easy to manipulate. It have a nice draw. The bombons have good and standard size.

This molding was my first attempt ever of making chocolate truffles encased in special moldings. I have to say I learned a lot for one who had no pastry training except television shows. The chocolate that tempered correctly and cooled at the right time will get out with little to no fuss, but since this is my first attempt, well.The cute little individual gift box like shape was a huge hit, though it didn't came out as perfect as the picture suggested, it was a great lesson nevertheless. I will try again in the near future after testing all the ones I bought.
