Add 1 teaspoon per 1 lb. batch of hard candy toenhance flavors
Add 1 Tablespoon per 1 lb. batch of hard candy tocreate sour flavors

I started making candies a few months back and prior to using this I was not happy with the flavor I would get following the recipe. I tried add multiple flavorings and that half way worked, but I still felt something was missing or that I could do more to get a better result. I then ordered this and product and made a half batch of the hard candy and kept the flavoring and Tart & Sour for a whole batch. BEST CANDY yet. This really makes the flavor POP.
