I bought this to make turtles for a baby shower. The turtles came out great! I (being a novice when it comes to candy making) was able to keep the shells and the bodies 2 separate colors. It was very difficult to try to fill the individual pieces on the shell pattern with varying colors so I didn't even try.The mold plastic is very heavy weight, but still bendable to remove the candies when they cool. I will be using this mold for years to come.My only issue is the price. Currently, the price is $6.99. Outrageous! I bought this when the Amazon price was $.99. It was worth is for a buck, but no more.
