Love this product! I used it to make a double sided Celtic Cross to top my grandson's Christening cake. The cross had very distinct detailing and the chocolate released easily. It was the prefect final touch to my cake!

I purchased these, along with several other designs, to use for Valentines Day. Thought the wife would enjoy 'custom' chocolates instead of store bought. WOW, I was right.Im sure some of you may know, but not all, that this is simply a clear plastic tray with what seems to be vacuum formed designs in it. For the price ($2 at my time of purchase) it seemed fair.I simply melted some chocolate in a double boiler, and poured it into the molds. Let the chocolate cool, remove, and enjoy! OK, not quite that simple, I broke a lot of them, but just remelt the chocolate and try again. Im sure a pro would have much better luck.I actually used white and dark chocolates together, with this mold it made for a beautiful finished product my wife loved. Nice that you can play around and find your own way of doing things. Chocolate is cheap after all, and you can just remelt or eat your mistakes!Some basic instructions would have been nice, probably unecessary though. This item was delivered in a box, no wrapper, no instructions, just the plastic tray.Overall, for the price, you cant go wrong. Rather annoying you cant put them in the dishwasher, but thankfully chocolate comes off easy with hot tap water.4 out of 5 stars for lack of basic instructions or packaging.
